Hire Terms and Conditions

1. All prices include delivery and setup within the Ballarat area, apart from single neon hire , client to pick up and drop off


2. A non refundable deposit of $50  to paid to confirm and secure  booking


3. The remaining balance of hire and security bond has to be paid in full within      3 days before your event 


4. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged        for a credit note in the circumstances of a cancellation as props were taken        out of our inventory and secured specifically for your event.


5. It’s the responsibility of the client to ensure that the hire equipment is           stored   safely.

6. Neon King checks all props prior to delivery to ensure the quality is up to standard.

7. All props , backdrops, or equipment must not be dismantled or moved by the client
until collected by the Neon King staff. This prevents any damage to the hire
equipment.


8. The client must maintain the condition of all props, ensuring that they are in the
same state and condition in which they were delivered.


9. All cancellations need to be submitted in writing via email, no verbally cancellations
shall be accepted to avoid any misunderstandings.


10. We accept payments of cash , direct bank transfer. Full payment is required prior to
delivery.

11. Some hire's but not all will have a security bond payable before delivery and setup, the security bond will be refunded within 3 days of hire items being collected
